Join a CCAI Custom Coater Peer Group Today!

The CCAI Peer Group program is designed to provide a forum for small groups of custom coater owners & executives to exchange valuable information that can help improve your business and operational practices.  By committing to regular meetings throughout the year (two or three), Peer Group members share best practices and experiences that help custom coater members elevate their business to the next level. 

To join a Peer Group, a company must be a Custom Coater member of CCAI.

How the Program Works

• Groups contain six to ten non‑competing companies, selected to avoid geographic competitors.
  
  
• Each company may send up to two representatives to meetings: preferably senior managers with P&L responsibility.
  
• Goyer Management International (GMI) staff manage logistics, content, group assignments, and facilitation.
  
  
• Participants must sign a non‑disclosure agreement and follow our Anti‑Trust Statement.
  
  
• It is our goal to also arrange social gatherings where all Peer Group members can meet one another at CCAI events.
